售後服務與保固條款

CF Diamond 致力提供完善的售後服務與官方保固制度，讓顧客於購買後仍享有安心保障。

凡於 CF Diamond 官方網站或品牌授權通路購買之商品，皆可申請售後服務。
建議顧客於收到商品後儘速完成官方保固登錄，以建立完整售後紀錄並加快後續查詢與服務流程。

如需申請售後服務，請透過官方客服聯繫，並提供商品序號、登錄姓名或 Email、購買平台或訂單資訊，以及商品問題描述與照片。

CF Diamond provides comprehensive after-sales support and an official warranty system. Customers are advised to complete warranty registration after receiving their order to facilitate future service and record verification.

符合以下任一條件者，可作為售後查詢依據：
・已完成官方保固登錄
・可提供有效購買證明或訂單紀錄
・商品可辨識為 CF Diamond 正品來源

CF Diamond 保留商品來源、保固資格與處理方式之最終審核權。

Warranty or after-sales requests may be processed if the customer can provide warranty registration, valid proof of purchase, or if the product can be verified as an authentic CF Diamond item.

凡購買 CF Diamond 官方鑽飾商品，皆可進行官方保固登錄。
完成登錄後，可建立專屬售後服務紀錄，並享有終身售後服務支援。

終身售後服務支援係指品牌持續提供商品檢測、維修評估、保養建議與售後諮詢，並不等同於終身免費維修或終身免費更換。

All eligible CF Diamond jewelry may be registered for official warranty support. Warranty registration helps establish service records and enables lifetime after-sales support, which does not automatically mean lifetime free repair or replacement.

在正常配戴與正常使用情況下，若商品經 CF Diamond 判定屬於非人為因素所造成之瑕疵、製作工藝問題或結構異常，將提供相應售後處理服務。

可能處理方式包含：
・商品檢測
・結構調整
・維修處理
・整新服務
・同款或等值商品更換
・其他經品牌評估後之合理方案

實際處理方式將依商品狀況、款式、零件供應與維修可行性判定。

Warranty coverage applies to non-human defects, workmanship issues, or structural abnormalities confirmed by CF Diamond under normal use. Final service methods are subject to product condition and feasibility.

以下情況不屬於免費保固範圍，但仍可視實際狀況提供付費維修或處理建議：
・人為因素造成之損壞，如撞擊、拉扯、壓傷、摔落、外力變形、斷裂、鬆脫或不當配戴
・接觸海水、溫泉、香水、酒精、清潔劑、腐蝕性液體、強酸強鹼或其他化學物質造成之損害
・不當保存、清潔或保養造成之損壞
・商品經自行拆卸、改造、加工，或由非 CF Diamond 官方處理後造成之損壞
・遺失、失竊，或非商品本體損壞問題

Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemical exposure, unauthorized modification, or loss is not covered under free warranty service, though paid repair may be offered where applicable.

以下情況屬正常使用痕跡或材質自然現象，原則上不視為商品瑕疵：
・純銀材質氧化
・金屬表面自然磨耗
・長期配戴產生細微刮痕
・電鍍層因使用習慣產生之自然耗損

上述情況可依實際狀況提供保養建議、清潔整新或付費維修服務。

Silver oxidation, minor scratches, plating wear, and natural surface aging are considered normal material characteristics rather than product defects.

以下品項原則上不列入免費保固範圍：
・可拆式銀鍊
・其他經商品頁、活動頁或客服另行明示之非保固品項

Detachable silver chains and any items specifically noted on product pages, promotional pages, or by customer service are generally excluded from free warranty coverage.

若商品需進行維修或保固評估，請先聯繫官方客服並提供：
・商品序號
・登錄資料或購買證明
・問題描述
・商品照片或影片

客服收到資料後將先進行初步判斷；如有需要，將安排寄回檢測。
最終保固判定與處理方式，以 CF Diamond 實物檢測結果為準。

For warranty or repair requests, customers must provide product details, service records or proof of purchase, and supporting images. Final decisions are based on physical inspection by CF Diamond.

售後服務與退換貨規範為不同制度。

商品於鑑賞期內可依退換貨政策辦理；
超過鑑賞期後之商品，將依售後服務與保固條款處理。

Returns and after-sales support are governed by separate policies. Items beyond the return period will be handled according to the warranty terms.

海外訂單原則上不提供退換貨服務，惟商品瑕疵或寄錯商品除外。
海外售後服務之來回運費，需由顧客自行負擔，並依實際情況評估處理。

International orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items. Shipping costs for international after-sales service are borne by the customer.

若經判定屬於免費保固範圍，實際維修或更換方式將由客服依個案說明。
若屬非免費保固範圍，相關維修費、材料費與來回運費，需由顧客負擔。

If a case qualifies for free warranty service, the handling method will be explained individually. For non-covered cases, repair fees, material costs, and shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

CF Diamond 保留隨時修改、解釋、調整、暫停或終止本售後服務與保固條款之權利。
最新版本將公告於官方網站，恕不另行個別通知。

CF Diamond reserves the right to revise, interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate this after-sales and warranty policy at any time.
