CF Diamond is a Taiwan-registered fine jewelry brand. Products are sold exclusively through the official CF Diamond website and authorized channels. Online order modifications are not supported. Size or length adjustments may be evaluated after purchase. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified and must be cancelled and reordered if eligible. 一般商品於完成付款後約 2–3 個工作天內出貨（不含訂購當日與例假日）。
出貨時間為週一至週五 09:00–18:00，例假日不安排出貨。
如遇節慶旺季或不可抗力因素，出貨時間可能順延。

客製化／訂製商品為專屬製作，付款完成後即進入製作流程， 出貨時間依商品頁標示為準，約 7–14 個工作天。

Standard items are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment. Customized items require production and will be shipped according to the timeframe stated on the product page.

單筆訂單滿 NT$800 享免運（依活動公告為準）。

離島地區：

配送約 3–5 個工作天，不提供貨到付款與指定時段。

Delivery fees vary by region and shipping method. Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders. Island deliveries require additional shipping time.

商品享有 7 日鑑賞期（非試用期），請於期限內申請退貨。
商品須保持全新狀態並包含完整包裝、配件與贈品。
下列情況恕不受理退貨：
・超過鑑賞期
・商品或配件缺件、人為損壞
・客製化或經修改商品
・特價或標示不可退換商品

退款將依原付款方式辦理，活動贈品須一併退回。

Returns are accepted within a 7-day inspection period for unused items in original condition. Customized, altered, or sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

CF Diamond 商品皆可進行官方保固登錄，完成登錄後享有專屬售後服務。

保固範圍包含正常配戴下之非人為損壞；氧化屬自然現象，不屬換新範圍。
人為損壞、撞擊或接觸化學液體不在保固範圍內。
保固服務須提供訂單資訊或保固登錄紀錄。

Warranty registration provides access to after-sales services. Coverage applies to non-human damage under normal wear. Proof of purchase or registration is required.
