CF Diamond 為台灣註冊之珠寶品牌，商品僅透過 CF Diamond 官方網站及授權通路販售。
官網商品恕不提供線上修改服務，如需戒圍、鍊長等調整，請於購買後聯繫客服或親洽指定合作門市評估。
訂單成立並完成付款後，恕無法直接修改訂單內容（包含款式、尺寸、付款方式）。
如需更改訂單，請於會員系統【交易紀錄】中申請取消訂單後重新下單（須符合取消條件）。
商品售後相關問題，請透過官方客服管道（LINE / Email）聯繫。

CF Diamond is a Taiwan-registered fine jewelry brand. Products are sold exclusively through the official CF Diamond website and authorized channels. Online order modifications are not supported. Size or length adjustments may be evaluated after purchase. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified and must be cancelled and reordered if eligible. Please contact customer service for after-sales inquiries.

CF Diamond 官網目前提供下列付款方式：

・行動支付（Apple Pay / Google Pay / 街口支付）
・銀聯卡（UnionPay）
・ATM 虛擬帳號轉帳
・7-ELEVEN / 全家超商條碼繳費

實際可用選項依訂單條件、裝置與結帳頁顯示為準。

Available payment methods: credit cards (VISA / MasterCard / JCB; one-time, 3- or 6-installment), Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, virtual ATM, 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart barcode payment, and JKOPay. Availability depends on order conditions, device, and checkout.

一般商品於完成付款後約 2–3 個工作天內出貨（不含訂購當日與例假日）。
出貨時間為週一至週五 09:00–18:00，例假日不安排出貨。
如遇節慶旺季或不可抗力因素，出貨時間可能順延。

客製化／訂製商品為專屬製作，付款完成後即進入製作流程， 出貨時間依商品頁標示為準，約 7–14 個工作天。

Standard items are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment. Customized items require production and will be shipped according to the timeframe stated on the product page.

台灣本島：
・超商取貨：7-ELEVEN、全家、萊爾富（取貨付款／取貨不付款）
・宅配：新竹貨運
・實際可選方式、運費與貨到付款條件，依收件地址、付款方式、訂單金額及結帳頁顯示為準。

離島、海外或特殊地址：
・可配送性、承運方式與時效，請以結帳頁或客服確認為準。

Delivery options in Taiwan include 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart and Hi-Life store pickup, plus HCT home delivery. Available services, shipping fees and cash-on-delivery options depend on the address, payment method, order amount and checkout display. For offshore islands, overseas destinations or special addresses, please confirm availability and timing at checkout or with customer service.

商品享有 7 日鑑賞期（非試用期），請於期限內申請退貨。
商品須保持全新狀態並包含完整包裝、配件與贈品。
下列情況恕不受理退貨：
・超過鑑賞期
・商品或配件缺件、人為損壞
・客製化或經修改商品
・特價或標示不可退換商品

退款將依原付款方式辦理，活動贈品須一併退回。

Returns are accepted within a 7-day inspection period for unused items in original condition. Customized, altered, or sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

CF Diamond 商品皆可進行官方保固登錄，完成登錄後享有專屬售後服務。

保固範圍包含正常配戴下之非人為損壞；氧化屬自然現象，不屬換新範圍。
人為損壞、撞擊或接觸化學液體不在保固範圍內。
保固服務須提供訂單資訊或保固登錄紀錄。

Warranty registration provides access to after-sales services. Coverage applies to non-human damage under normal wear. Proof of purchase or registration is required.

海外配送時間參考：
・香港 / 澳門：約 7–14 天
・日本 / 韓國：約 3–5 天
・越南 / 東南亞：約 5–10 天
・歐美 / 澳洲：約 5–10 天

海外訂單部分國家需以英文填寫收件資料。
海外訂單恕不提供退換貨服務（瑕疵或寄錯商品除外）。
關稅與進口稅金由買家自行負擔。

International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns are not available for international orders unless defective.
